1. Scope and developer
This policy applies to the Android app Race Decide (Japanese name: 決めレース; package jp.racedecision.app), provided by Kimekoto Works.
2. Information stored by the app
To provide its features, the app stores the following information in its private app storage:
- Option/racer names, saved-list titles and notes, order, animal type, chance weights, and race duration;
- The 10 most recent race records, including date/time, ranking, options, and settings;
- Language, mute state, last animal selection, preferred race duration, and similar preferences; and
- Completed-race counts and last-ad timing used to limit advertising frequency.
The app has no developer-operated server feature that uploads this content. It does not require an account and does not request your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. No first-party analytics or crash-reporting service is active.
3. Advertising and consent data
The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for interstitial advertising and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy choices. Depending on consent, device and regional settings, and the available ad-serving mode, these Google services may automatically collect and share:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
- App launches, taps, ad impressions, video views, and other product interactions;
- Diagnostics such as launch time, hang rate, and energy use;
- Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device/account-related identifiers when available; and
- Consent status and information needed to provide privacy choices.
Google processes this data for advertising (including personalization where consented), measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers for frequency capping and aggregated reporting. Data is encrypted in transit.
See the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, Google Privacy Policy, and Google UMP documentation.
4. Sharing and clipboard features
If you choose Share or Copy on a result screen, the app passes text containing rankings, your option names, and a Google Play link to Android's share sheet or clipboard. You choose the recipient or destination. The app does not automatically upload race results. The receiving app—and other apps able to read the clipboard—handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Retention and deletion
- Saved lists remain on the device until you delete them.
- Race history is limited to 10 records and can be cleared in the app.
- Preferences and ad-frequency counters remain until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Because the app has no user accounts or developer-side user database, there is no separate account-deletion request process. Information processed by Google is retained or deleted according to Google's policies and your Google/Android advertising controls.
6. Your choices
Where required, you can make advertising privacy choices through the Google UMP consent message. When Google requires the entry point, you can reopen it from the privacy icon on the main screen and choose “Advertising privacy choices.” Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising ID.
7. Security
First-party app data is kept in Android private app storage and protected by normal operating-system isolation. Device backup is disabled. Google SDK advertising traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's privacy
The app does not intentionally ask children to provide names, contact details, or similar personal information. The app's Google Play target-audience and advertising treatment are governed by the settings selected for its published listing. Parents or guardians who become aware of a concern may contact the developer below.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app, its SDKs, applicable law, or Google Play requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app or store-listing notice.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, use the privacy inquiry form. Submissions are public, so do not include your name, email address, device identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
